Instructions
- Wash the produce thoroughly
- Chop (optional) them into smaller pieces /chunks for easier juicing.
- Pass the cucumbers, ginger, and lemon through a high-quality juicer, such as the Nama J2, renowned for its efficiency in extracting maximum nutrients while retaining flavor and freshness. OR Blend,
- Once juiced, stir the mixture well and add a pinch of cayenne pepper for that extra kick. (If blending, strain the mixture using a cheesecloth, nutbag, or mesh strainer.
- Pour the freshly made detox shot into small glasses and serve immediately to enjoy its optimal freshness and benefits.

If your produce isn't Organic, you should peel them. Try to use organic and if not available, buy locally grown produce.
