Instructions

Prepare the First Layer
  1. In a small saucepan, whisk together ½ cup water, blue spirulina, honey (or agave), and ½ tsp agar powder.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until the mixture begins to simmer and the agar is fully dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, filling each cavity halfway.
  4. Let it set at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or until slightly firm.
Prepare the Second Layer
  1. In a clean saucepan, whisk together ½ cup strawberry juice, powdered dragon fruit, and ½ tsp agar powder.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until fully dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly (but not solidify), then carefully pour it over the set blue spirulina layer in the mold.
Set and Store
  1. Let the gummies set at room temperature for another 15-20 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to fully firm up.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5-7 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
