  1. Prepare the Herbs: Weigh out 30 grams of Blue Lotus, 20 grams of Reishi, and 20 grams of Turkey Tail. Place the herbs into the clean, dry quart-sized mason jar.
  2. Create the Glycerine Solvent: In a separate container, mix 600 mL of food-grade glycerine with 250 mL of distilled water to make your glycerine solvent.
  3. Add Solvent to the Herbs: Pour the glycerine-water mixture over the herbs in the mason jar, ensuring that they are fully submerged. Stir gently to remove any air bubbles and ensure all herbs are saturated.
  4. Seal and Shake: Close the mason jar tightly and give it a good shake to distribute the herbs evenly.
  5. Let It Steep: Store the jar in a cool, dark place for 4-6 weeks. Shake the jar gently every day to ensure the herbs are properly extracting.
  6. Strain the Glycerite: After 4-6 weeks, use a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer to strain out the herbs, collecting the glycerite in a clean bowl or container.
