Melt the Shea Butter and Emulsifier:
  1. In a double boiler, melt the shea butter and emulsifying pastilles together over low heat. Stir occasionally until fully melted and combined.
Add the Oils:
  1. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the grapeseed oil and coconut oil (or MCT oil). Mix well to ensure the oils are fully incorporated with the shea butter and emulsifier mixture.
Prepare the Aloe Liquid:
  1. If not already done, prepare the aloe liquid by blending fresh aloe vera gel and straining it to remove any pulp. Ensure the liquid is smooth and consistent.
Combine Aloe Liquid with the Butter-Oil Mixture:
  1. Slowly add the aloe liquid to the melted butter and oil mixture while stirring constantly. Continue stirring until the mixture begins to thicken slightly.
Whisk or Blend:
  1. For a fluffy consistency, use a hand mixer or whisk to blend the mixture until it reaches a creamy texture.
Cool and Set:
  1. Pour the mixture into a clean, dry jar or container. Allow it to cool at room temperature. Once it solidifies, it’s ready to use.
Storage and Usage:
  1. Store the Aloe Shea Butter in a cool, dry place. It should last for several months.
  2. Apply as needed for deep hydration, especially on dry or sensitive skin.
